An IPL is only required if:
- In Step 3A: Update IEAAPFxx, you used the IEAAPFxx member to define authorized libraries to the APF
- In Step 3D: Update LPALSTxx you decided not to use the solution to dynamically add the modules to the LPALST
- In Step 3E: Update LNKLSTxx you updated LNKLST and you decided not to use the solution to dynamically add the modules to the LNKLST
- Step 3G: Update IEFSSNxx was required because the IEFSSNxx member was not updated during NetView installation and you cannot use the z/OS command SETSSI for a dynamic update of the subsystem name table.
