Policy Items for Service Periods

Figure 1 shows the policy items that are displayed when an existing Service Periods entry is selected from the Entry Name Selection panel.

SERVICE WINDOW
With this policy item you define the time frame (or frames) when an application, application group or monitor resource should be available or unavailable. You need to link a service period with a defined service window to Applications, Application Groups, or Monitor Resources.
