Policy Items for IMS Subsystems

Figure 1 shows the Policy Selection panel for applications that have been created with category IMS (see the Category entry field in Figure 1). This Policy Selection panel contains additional policy items for an IMS subsystem.

Some of these policy items are only applicable to an IMS subsystem defined as an instance. If a subsystem CLASS of category IMS is selected, only the additional policy item IMS CONTROL is available.

IMS CONTROL: Use this policy item to define additional IMS information for an IMS subsystem of subcategory CTL. This policy item is only defined for an IMS control region. For more information see IMS CONTROL Policy Item.
