Stopping the PSM Control Program
To stop the PSM Control Program normally, first logon to the PSM
virtual machine. Because the PSM virtual machine runs disconnected,
the first action is to issue a BEGIN command to resume operation.

should then close its threads.After a short period of time (about ten seconds) the CMS prompt
should be given:

(halt execution) followed by B (BEGIN), repeatedly until the Ready
