Defining Automated TWS Applications
This section describes what you need to do when you define an application in TWS that you can automate using TWS Automation.
Executing TWS Requests with TWS Automation
Generally, you must use the TWS-specific OPCA, OPCACMD, and (optionally) OPCAPARM keywords to put an application defined to SA z/OS under the control of TWS Automation.
Defining a Command with an Automation Workstation
The TWS application description panels allow the TWS user to specify a free-format SA z/OS or NetView command (of up to 255 characters) that is passed to SA z/OS for execution.
Completion Checking Routine
When invoking the completion checking routine task globals are set that hold the command that has been issued by SA z/OS on behalf of the TWS operation.
