Alternative 1: Dynamic Allocation using INGDLG

This exec performs allocations prior to starting the dialogs. In order to invoke the exec, you need to be in ISPF. The INGDLG command parameters describe where the data sets are found. See INGDLG Command for the use of INGDLG to allocate libraries.
