Working with MONITOR Resources

MTR resources are designed to let you introduce the status of resources that can be monitored but not automated into System Automation. Their monitoring is achieved through their health status. The Observed and Desired states of the MTR resource refer to the state of the monitor, not the entity that it is monitoring. Thus the monitor resources can be started and stopped by automation along with the resources that they are monitoring.
