About this task

The common command sets are implemented with the ISQCCMD command, the ProcOps common hardware command interface.

If you are a ProcOps user, nothing extra needs to be enabled. You must however do the following:

Procedure

  1. Define your processor hardware and LPARs to use the SNMP connection type and make ProcOps-specific definitions for each of your systems in the SA z/OS policy database. Select the correct processor LPAR for each system.
  2. Add PROCOPS to the TOWER.SA statement in the NetView style sheet, for example: 
    TOWER.SA = SYSOPS PROCOPS
