   Explanation
     Because an error occurred when the specified user exit tried to obtain a TCB token,      the user exit was deleted from the MVS™ installation exit.      z/OS® SYSLOG messages are not written      to the data space until the error is resolved, and the user exit is reinstalled.      

   

   Response
     The specified return code is from the TCBTOKEN service. Correct the problem      that is indicated by the code, and again add      the user exit to the MVS installation exit.      If the problem persists, contact IBM® Software Support.
