   Explanation
     Because an error occurred when the specified user exit tried to obtain a common storage area, 	 the user exit is deleted from the MVS™ installation exit. 	 z/OS® SYSLOG messages are not written to the data space until the error 	 is resolved, and the user exit is reinstalled.

   

   Response
     The specified return code is from the STORAGE OBTAIN service. Check the available storage.      Correct the storage problem, and again add the user exit to the MVS installation exit.      If the problem persists, contact IBM® Software Support.
