Explanation

Although the z/OS Log Forwarder continues to run, it cannot load the DLL to run the native interface. Because the z/OS Job Log gatherer and z/OS SYSLOG gatherer require the native interface, these gatherers cannot retrieve log data.

The z/OS UNIX Log File gatherer and WAS HPEL gatherer are not affected by this error.
