Updating your spreadsheet reports
The following task outlines the method used to update the data in your reports from information in IBM Z® Batch Resiliency.

Procedure
- Download the CSV data sets (generated using the method outlined in Creating a CSV data set using the IZBR ISPF panels) to your workstation.
- Open the relevant sample report from the /batch or /inquiry folders (as extracted using the method outlined in Downloading the sample Excel spreadsheet reports from the IZBR installation package.
- Using your preferred CSV-capable spreadsheet program, open the CSV file that you downloaded using the method in Creating a CSV data set using the IZBR ISPF panels.
- Copy the contents of your downloaded CSV file, and either replace or append the data in the 'Data for Pivot Chart' (or equivalent) tab of your report workbook.
- Refresh your data. In Excel, for example, click on the Data menu and select Refresh All. Your chart should reflect your changes.
