Configuring master data workflows for IBM Master Data Management

You can configure and manage task workflows that enable data stewards to complete data quality remediation for tasks related to master data management, such as potential match issues and potential overlay issues.

IBM Master Data Management supports different types of task workflows to help data stewards to identify and remediate data quality issues within your master data:

• Potential match workflows identify potential match issues and create tasks for data stewards to resolve them by making match or no-match decisions.
• Potential overlay workflows recognize and quarantine any potential breaking data changes before they impact your entities, and create tasks for data stewards to review and resolve issues.
