Solutions

To reduce the risk that an IBM Workload Scheduler process cannot find sufficient memory to create a desktop, do one, or more, of the following:

• Modify the shared heap buffer sizes
• Configure the IBM Workload Scheduler Windows service to start as a local system account
• Customize the desktop name so that it is reused
