prevent Dynamic Workload Bridge from submitting the job "null" 
(alias"DYNAGT7#S_STD_EXTRA_1.S_STD_J_24.SCHEDID-0AAAAAAAAAA353V2.JNUM-499584099". 
The following error was returned:"java.lang.NullPointerException

Solution:

This error indicates that a restart of WebSphere Application Server Liberty Base is required. Restart WebSphere® Liberty.
