What is the batch loader?

Use the batch-loader program in IBM Z Workload Scheduler to create and update application descriptions, group definitions, and operator instructions, in the AD, OI, and RG databases. With the batch loader, you can perform in the batch environment some of the functions you would otherwise perform online with the IBM Z Workload Scheduler panels.
