Uninstalling the Dynamic Workload Console

Ensure that all IBM Workload Scheduler processes, services and the WebSphere Application Server Liberty process are stopped, and that there are no active or pending jobs. For information about stopping the processes and services see Starting and stopping processes on a workstation.

To uninstall the Dynamic Workload Console, perform the following steps:

  1. Change directory to the folder containing the uninstallation script: 
    cd DWC_INST_DIR/tools
  2. Run the uninstallation process by running the script as follows:
    Windows™ operating systems
    cscript uninstall.vbs --prompt no
    UNIX™ and Linux™ operating systems
    ./uninstall.sh --prompt no
    The procedure runs without prompting the user to confirm the uninstallation.
The log file generated by this command are located in:
On Windows operating systems
<DWC_home>\logs
On UNIX operating systems
<DWC_DATA_dir>/installation/logs
