Updating the Dynamic Workload Console
Complete this procedure to update the Dynamic Workload Console from General Availability version 10.1 or later to the latest fix pack level. If you have several Dynamic Workload Console nodes in a cluster, upgrade all the nodes in the cluster.
When updating the IBM Workload Scheduler environment, it is a good practice to update the Dynamic Workload Console first. If you update the console, you can then use it to verify that your environment is working after updating the remaining components.
If you are using a master domain manager version 10.1 GA with a Dynamic Workload Console version 10.1 Fix Pack x, some known and already resolved errors might occur. To prevent this scenario from occurring, ensure that a master domain manager 10.1 Fix Pack x is always connected with a Dynamic Workload Console at the same level.
If you are using the default database Derby, you can skip this step. If you are using a database other than Derby, create and populate the database tables for the Dynamic Workload Console by following the procedure below.
