Debug an application

Troubleshoot an application using the error logs available in the Watson Machine Learning Accelerator console.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Watson Machine Learning Accelerator console as a Cloud Pak for Data administrator.
  2. Click Monitoring > Applications.
  3. Click the application that is experiencing an issue. If you click the Status column title, the list is sorted by status and you can quickly see which applications are in Error state.
    Note: If you do not see the task table on the application detail page, check to see that you have enough requested resources to start the task.
  4. In the Worker and Driver tables, in the lower right of the application detail page, click the task to view standard output and standard error logs. Use this information to help you troubleshoot your application.
    • You can download error logs. To download error logs, click Download.
    • You can expand error messages or view more error messages.
