IBM®Watson™ Marketing Insights evaluates customer behaviors to deliver critical customer insights that marketers can use to drive more effective customer interactions.
Watson Marketing Insights analyzes current and past customer behavior based on customer data that you provide. After you have uploaded your customer data, Watson Marketing Insights applies cognitive analytics and models to develop insights that reveal critical issues that are likely to affect your business now and predict changes in how your customers will interact with your brand in the near future.
Two editions of Watson Marketing Insights are available.
- Essentials Edition: Generates insights that describe brand engagement.
- Standard Edition: Generates insights that describe brand engagement, risk of leaving (sometimes referred to as churn or attrition), and customer value.
Both editions are tightly integrated with IBM Watson Campaign Automation.
You can take action on any insight by creating a segment that includes all of the individuals that the insight identifies. You can also build a segment from scratch to select individuals that share characteristics that you specify. Publish any segment to Watson Campaign Automation to create a target audience that you can use in a campaign.
