To use the Business Process dashboards:

  • Install Optimize for Process and configure it appropriately, as described in the Optimize product documentation.
  • Install Optimize for Process UI.
  • Configure Analytic Engine for Business Console. For more information about configuring Analytic Engine for Business Console, see Working with IBM webMethods Business Console.
  • Set the Front End URL of the IBM My webMethods Server cluster. The Business Process dashboards use the Front End URL to generate the link to the dashboard that is included in the emails and escalations. For more information about setting the Front End URL, see Administering IBM My webMethods Server.
