The Account Administrator role does not explicitly include the
Cloud-Tenant-Administrator role. A user with only the Account Administrator role is not considered
to be a Cloud-Tenant-Administrator in the environment in which the user is defined. This prevented
the user from performing administrative functions in the subscribed products, such as being able to
promote API assets between environments in API Gateway. This issue is now resolved by explicitly
granting the Cloud-Tenant-Administrator role to Account Administrators. |
