How to unlock a locked user in IBM webMethods Integration tenant?
By default, a locked user is automatically unlocked after a duration of 15 minutes. To manually unlock a user, the tenant administrator can log in to IBM® webMethods iPaaS, click the username listed under the Users tab, and then click the Unlock button that is displayed against the user's name.
What happens when the transaction limit is exhausted for the current month?
Paid Tenants: Users of paid tenants can use the tenant assets without any restrictions. Any overages are billed and adjusted in the next monthly cycle according to the contract.
Free Forever Edition tenants: Users of Free Forever edition tenants cannot run tenant assets until the next monthly cycle when the transactions are replenished.
How to increase the monthly transaction limit?

How are transactions calculated?
Transaction consumption depends on the type of execution used.
