Enhanced Security for Integration Runtimes Key and Trust Store Provisioning
- A key store (Identify) containing a unique, auto generated private key and a signed certificate.
- A truststore (Trust) containing a certificate for the user’s webMethods Integration (SaaS), enabling secure connections.
Previously, the run times used the DEFAULT_IS_KEYSTORE and DEFAULT_IS_TRUSTSTORE files that contained generic private keys and certificates.
This enhancement ensures that tenants are provisioned with secure, production-ready key and trust stores, aligning with best practices for a secured environment.
