Accounts

Accounts connect webMethods Integration to external web services to enable secure access and manage workflows efficiently.

When your workflows use any external web services, webMethods Integration accesses these services on your behalf to perform specified tasks. To do this, you must provide necessary permissions and account details (such as client ID and client secret) by creating accounts within the platform.

Accounts are created and managed at the project level. Once an account is created for a project, it can be used across all workflows within that project but cannot be shared outside it. For example, a Gmail account created for a project can be used for all Gmail connector actions and triggers without creating separate accounts for different actions. There is no limit to the number of authorizations you can create for any service.

To create or manage accounts, use the authorization options available within the connector configuration. These options allow you to establish secure connections and manage permissions efficiently across your workflows.
