Workflow recipes

To start using the workflow recipes, click the Workflows tab on the Recipes page.

Filtering workflow recipes

You can search for recipes by connector or description by using the search box or filter icons on the Recipes page. By default, the page displays recipes for all connectors and external web services.

To filter by connector, use the alphabetical list of connector icons. You can either click a connector icon or enter the connector name in the search box to quickly find a specific connector. For example, to find recipes that are related to Trello, select the Trello icon or type Trello in the connector search box and click Search. This displays all Trello-specific workflows.

To filter by name or description, enter the recipe name or description in the search box. For example, typing Asana and clicking Search will show all workflows that are associated with the Asana connector. To refine your search further, use descriptive phrases such as create tasks in Asana to find recipes that match those keywords.

Listing workflow recipes

You can view and switch between Card View and List View to display workflow recipes.

webMethods Integration provides you two layout options to view workflow recipes, Card view and List view.

The default layout is Card View, which displays recipes as blocks. To switch to List View, click the List icon in the Recipes page. In List View, you see workflow recipe details, including connectors, descriptions, and available actions (Preview and Use Recipe) in a spreadsheet-like format. To return to Card View, click the Card icon next to the List icon, and the recipes are displayed as cards.
