Using workflow recipes

Recipes can be imported into a project from either the Recipes list or the Preview page.

About this task

The procedure to use a recipe from the Recipes or Preview page remains the same.

The Recipes page displays a list of available workflows. Each workflow card includes the workflow name, icons representing the connectors used, and two action options: Preview and Use Recipe. To use a workflow, it must first be imported into a project.

Procedure

  1. Go to the recipe that you want to import.
  2. Click the Use Recipe option from the Recipes or Preview page.
  3. When prompted, select the project into which you want to import the workflow, then click Done.
    The Import workflow form opens, where you can see the workflow name, description, and any account or lookup fields associated with the connectors used in the workflow.
  4. Provide the relevant details in the specified fields and click Import.

Results

The selected workflow is imported into the specified project and is now ready to be executed.
