Adding workflow alert rules

Add alert rules to monitor workflow events such as failure, timeout, or completion. Once activated, notifications are sent to the specified email addresses.

Procedure

  1. From the tenant home page, go to Monitor > Workflow alerts and click Add alert
    The New workflow alert screen opens.
  2. Provide the details in the New workflow alert configuration screen and click Save
    The specified alert rule is added for your tenant.
  3. By default, the status of the added alert rule is Inactive. You need to manually activate the alert rule by using the Active toggle button.

Results

Now, whenever the selected workflow fails, timeouts, completes execution, an alert notification is sent to the specified email address.
