Adding workflow alert rules
Add alert rules to monitor workflow events such as failure, timeout, or completion. Once activated, notifications are sent to the specified email addresses.
Procedure
- From the tenant home page, go to
and
click Add alert
The New workflow alert screen opens.
- Provide the details in the New workflow alert configuration screen
and click Save The specified alert rule is added for your tenant.
- By default, the status of the added alert rule is Inactive. You need to manually activate the alert rule by using the Active toggle button.
