Mandatory Configuration

The following outlined configuration is mandatory for End-to-End Monitoring to capture traces in your IBM® webMethods cloud infrastructure.

Important: IBM webMethods iPaaS products can sometimes be configured with customized custom domains, across your development, test and production tenants. IBM requires knowing wherever this customization is applied. For End-to-End Monitoring to trace transactions in these products, contact IBM support and provide the customized custom domain details on all products in use across all your tenant types in your cloud infrastructure.
