Viewing Programs dashboard

The Viewing Programs dashboard includes widgets that allow you to analyze the performance of API programs. This dashboard is available for users with the API administrator, API provider and API partner roles. API partners can view the analytics of only the programs that they own.

Procedure

  1. Click the menu options icon User menu options icon from the title bar and select Dashboard.
  2. In Program dashboard, select Insights.

    The widgets of the dashboard appear for the last seven days, by default,

    Widget Description
    Hackathon Displays the number of hackathons available in your webMethods Developer Portal instance.
    Beta programs Displays the number of beta programs available in your webMethods Developer Portalinstance.
    Projects Displays the number of projects available in your webMethods Developer Portal instance.
    Top 5 program by followers Displays a graph indicating the first five API programs based on the maximum number of followers during the selected period.
    Top registered programs Displays a graph indicating the first five API programs based on the maximum number of registrations during the selected period.
    Top 5 hackathons by views Displays a graph indicating the first five hackathons based on the maximum number of views during the selected period.
    Top 5 hackathons by discussions Displays a graph indicating the first five hackathons based on the maximum number of discussions during the selected period.
    Top 5 beta programs by views Displays a graph indicating the first five beta programs based on the maximum number of views during the selected period.
    Top 5 beta programs by discussions Displays a graph indicating the first five beta programs based on the maximum number of discussions during the selected period.
    Hackathon view trend Displays a graph indicating the hackathon views during the selected period.
    Beta program view trend Displays a graph indicating the beta program views during the selected period.
  3. Optional: View the analytics for an alternative period:
    • Click the date filter to select an alternative period and click Apply.
    • Click Custom provide a date range that is not available in the catalog and click Apply.

      The analytics for the selected period appears.
