Managing notifications

webMethods B2B notifies you of activities or events that occur in the system. These notifications might need your attention. Click the to view these notifications.

Before you begin

You must have administrator permissions to change the notification options in the Runtime options page.

About this task

You can search for notifications that are not more than 30 days old. You can configure the notification retention in the Administration > General configuration.

Each notification displays the date and time at which the event occurred.

1. Click the alert to view more on the context of its occurrence. For example, click the alert to automatically go to the failed transaction on the transactions listing page.
2. Search for a notification by using any word that occurs in its headline or description in the Notification listing page.
3. To mark all the notification as read, select all the notifications and click > Mark as read. When you click the icon to see the notification, it is marked as read.
4. View similar alerts grouped. A count indicator appears for such alerts.
