Flat file documents

Add, identify, and process flat file documents in webMethods B2B. Flat file are simple and standardized way to exchange data between different partners. You can also validate the flat file documents with the corresponding flat file connector from webMethods Integration.

By default, webMethods B2B considers inbound documents with text or plain content type as flat file documents.

Note: Only AS2-IN, SFTP-IN, and HTTP-IN channels can recognize flat files.
