IBM Sterling Value-Added Network (VAN) facilitates secure and reliable electronic data exchange (EDI) with customers, suppliers, distributors, and trading partners globally.

Subscribing to IBM Sterling VAN
To subscribe to IBM Sterling VAN, create a support ticket with IBM Support with the following information.
- In the Product field, select webMethods Hybrid Integration SaaS.
- In the Capibility field, select .
- In the Case description field, mention provisioning IBM Sterling VAN for each environment. Also, provide the following details:
- The instance ID of the IBM webMethods Hybrid Integration environment, to which capability is provisioned. You can find the instance ID from the Environment Details tab.
- Specify if you want to migrate from another provider’s VAN.
- An estimate of the number of trading partners.
IBM Sterling VAN team creates the VAN mailbox, with a Mailbox ID, Client ID, and client secret. IBM webMethods Hybrid Integration Support team notifies you when your VAN account is successfully set up and is ready for use.
Note: If you enable in a new IBM webMethods Hybrid Integration environment and want to use IBM Sterling VAN, create a support ticket. In the support ticket mention that you already have an existing VAN mailbox account and provide the instance ID of the new IBM webMethods Hybrid Integration environment.
