Sharing and revoking access to private runtimes

You can collaborate with other users by sharing your runtime and revoking their access when not needed.

Before you begin

Make sure that the new owner has the necessary permissions to use the runtime.

Procedure

  1. On the Integration runtime management page, select a private runtime that you own.
  2. Share a runtime.
    1. On the runtime card, click Overflow menu > Share.
      The Share runtime page is displayed.
    2. In the text box, type the name of any user.
      A list of matching users is displayed.
    3. From the list, select the user with whom you want to share the runtime.
    4. Click Share.
      A confirmation message is displayed.
  3. Revoke access to a runtime.
    1. On the runtime card, click Overflow menu > Share.
      The Share runtime page is displayed.
    2. From the list, select the user whose runtime access you want to revoke.
    3. Click Remove.
      A confirmation message is displayed, and a notification displays the update.
