IBM WebSphere Hybrid Edition 5.1

Application modernization tooling updates:
- Released new versions of IBM Mono2Micro (21.0.09), IBM Cloud Transformation Advisor (2.5.0), and WebSphere Application Server Migration Toolkit (21.0.0.3).
- Added the ability to define custom rules in Binary Scanner and Transformation Advisor to further adapt modernization analysis to your organizational processes.
- Added globalization support in 10 languages to IBM Mono2Micro.
Added support for Red Hat® OpenShift® Container Platform version 4.8, and removed support for Red Hat® OpenShift® Container Platform version 4.5
Replaced installer with instructions for installing or upgrading IBM Cloud Foundry Migration Runtime and IBM Cloud Transformation Advisor directly.

IBM Cloud Foundry Migration Runtime is deprecated in IBM WebSphere Hybrid Edition 5.0.1 and might be removed in a future release of IBM WebSphere Hybrid Edition.

IBM Mono2Micro is updated to version 21.0.06, which includes the following enhancements:
- Usability improvements in the graph UI to more efficiently handle large amounts of analysis data
- New ways to filter partitioning recommendations by use cases and runtime call volume
- An improved method to track and handle unobserved classes
- Monolith class dependencies in the partitioning views
