Configure HTTP/S Proxy

About this task

To connect to an IBM webMethods repository, go to the Command Central that has Internet access and define a connection from the local Platform Manager to the repository. If your internet connection is routed through a proxy server, the connection must go through a proxy server. Go to Environments > All > Instances > SPM > Configuration > Proxy to configure the proxy.

If your internet connection is routed through a proxy server, you should first configure the proxy before connecting to IBM webMethods repositories.

To configure the proxy:

Procedure

  1. Log on to the Command Central with internet access.
  2. Go to Environments > All .
  3. On the Instances tab, click the local Platform Manager (SPM).
  4. Click the Configuration tab, and then click Proxy in the drop-down box.
  5. Click the plus icon, enter the required configurations, and click Save.
