Usage Notes

This section provides any additional information you need to work with the current release of this product.

• The configuration of your PeopleSoft database character encoding affects which characters can be stored in it. Characters that are not included in the character encoding you chose when installing your database will be lost when stored by the adapter in that database.
  The adapter was tested with Oracle databases that used Japanese and legacy encodings, as well as Unicode. Consult your PeopleSoft and database vendor's documentation for information about selecting and setting the character encoding of your database and environment.
