Managing access
A role has a specific set of asset management functions and permissions in webMethods B2B Integration.
- To add the webMethods B2B Integration capability, you must have an IBM® webMethods Hybrid Integration account.

To provide access to webMethods B2B Integration to any user, you must add the users in IBM webMethods Hybrid Integration and assign a specific role. For more information, see Managing access in webMethods Hybrid Integration.
To create and run webMethods B2B Integration orchestrations in webMethods Integration, you must have ServiceAdmin, ServiceOwner, ServiceUser, or webMethods Integration-specific roles.
The service admin and service owner roles in webMethods Hybrid Integration map to the administrator role, and the service user role maps to the user role.
Predefined roles can be assigned to a user to perform specific role-based activities in webMethods B2B Integration. The administrator in webMethods Hybrid Integration can assign the following roles to a users:
- B2B admin
- B2B user
- B2B viewer

Depending on the role that is assigned to the user, only those screens for which the role permissions are applicable are visible.
