Setting up a CalDAV account on an iOS device

iOS devices are supported for Web Mail Cloud.

Before you begin

Verify that you are running iOS4 or later. If you are running a version earlier than iOS4, you must upgrade to iOS4 or later.

If you have an iOS device and want to automatically set up a CalDAV account by using the Web Mail Cloud profile, refer to Setting up your mobile device. To set up a CalDAV account manually, complete the following steps.

1. On your iOS device, select Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add account > Other > Add CalDAV Account.
2. Enter the following information:
   1. Server ussl.mail.na.collabserv.com
   2. User name Your Web Mail Cloud email address. For example, ibm@mail.na.collabserv.com
   3. Password Your password
   4. Description A description of your account
3. Select Next. No message is displayed for a successful connection.
4. After the synchronization completes, start the Calendar application on your device to view your calendars and events.
