Using the CX Overstat on Cloud add-on

You can use CX Overstat® on Cloud to take snapshots, organize snapshots into stacks, add overlays to snapshots, and visualize the behaviors of your visitors on each screen of your application. CX Overstat on Cloud is an add-on component.

CX Overstat on Cloud
With CX Overstat on Cloud, you can visualize the behaviors of your visitors on each screen of your application. From the Snapshot gallery, you can select a screen and apply overlays directly on the selected snapshot. The highly visual data allows for rapid and intuitive insights into visitor behavior. Interactive drill downs for each snapshot can be used to quickly explore the data by using the familiar system tools. CX Overstat on Cloud Snapshot requires the deployment of a lightweight JavaScript to every screen of your application where you want to capture visitor behavior. The CX Overstat on Cloud is an add-on component.

Events
Watson Customer Experience Analytics for Mobile Basic Edition uses a proprietary event approach that allows a customer's session on your web or mobile application to be tracked and recorded from start to finish. Events are conditions that you define to help you gain specific insights into your customers' experiences.
Dimension groups
A Dimension Group is a set of Dimensions. A dimension must be included in at least one dimension group. A Dimension Group is a set of Dimensions that can be displayed in the same report. A dimension must be included in at least one dimension group.

CX Overstat on Cloud overlays help you visualize customer interactions with your application.
Snapshots
Snapshot captures the current state of aCX Overstat on Cloud-enabled web page, including all of the data that is typically displayed in CX Overstat on Cloud overlays. Saving captured snapshots to the Snapshot gallery simplifies access to CX Overstat on Cloud data for captured snapshots.
Stacks
A stack is a collection of snapshots. You can create separate stacks to organize snapshots.
