Session replay
You can analyze Watson Customer Experience Analytics for Mobile Basic Edition data through the simple yet powerful Session replay interface.

With Session replay you can replay visitor sessions through your web browser. You can review all pages in visitor sessions as they are displayed to the user, view the steps the user took on those pages, and step through selected pages to identify issues that occurred during a user's session.
Navigate Session replay
In the left navigation on the replay screen, select the section you want to view by clicking the arrow next to the URL. Additional steps will appear beneath the section you selected.
The Replay view of the Consolidated session UI includes timestamp information in GMT format. The timestamp indicates when the first http post was received plus the offset for each page. Timestamps show how long a customer spends on one page before moving to another. Timestamps that indicate an inordinate amount of time being spent on a page, might be an indication of customer struggle.
You can navigate between steps by clicking the step, identified by a blue box containing an 'S'. Alternatively, you can click the blue boxes at the bottom of the Replay session, which serve as markers identifying where each step begins. When the Raw data panel is open, you can simultaneously navigate between steps in the left panel, and their raw data in the right panel.
