Email notifications

IBM SaaS Console users receive an email notification whenever a Customer Impacting Event (CIE) occurs. These CIEs include:

• Incidents
• Announcements
• Maintenance

CIE notifications are sent to IBM SaaS Console account users assigned to one of the following roles:

• Account Owner / Admin
• Subscription Owner / Admin / Viewer
• Instance Owner / Admin

Attention: To enable any other user to receive CIE notifications, a Subscription Admin can manually add them to the console account as a Subscription Viewer.
