Configuring StreamSets environments
Configure a StreamSets environment to modify the configuration settings for the Data Collector engine.
As you get started with StreamSets flows, you can use the default configuration.
Modify the configuration when you need to install another stage library or when you need to set up external resources required by your StreamSets flows.
You can also modify the configuration for advanced use cases, including using a custom keystore file for more secure HTTPS communication, enabling the use of credential stores, configuring the engine to send emails from an Email executor included in a flow, or developing custom stages.
