Monitoring team skills

As an Admin, you can get to see the statistics about how your team members are using the team skills to complete their tasks.

Note: The Usage tab (and the teams dashboard) is only visible to the admins.

To monitor the activity of your team:

Sign in to Orchestrate.
Select the Team skills tab.
From the menu click Manage team.

Note: If loading the Manage teams page is significantly taking longer time, due to an outdated or modified cache page resulting in a mismatch between what's stored and the current version of the server. It's recommended to clear the cache and then reload the page again. For more information, see Clear cache and cookies.

By default, the Usage tab is the first open tab. This dashboard gives you a quick summary of:

Who's using what skills on your team
How often they're using those skills
How much time you've saved by using your team skill sets

You can audit your team based on both the usage of their personal skill set, or their collaboration with your team skill sets from the All skill sets menu.

You can filter your results by Skills or Team members depending on what want to focus on. If it's how often specific skills are used by your team or team skill set, select Skills. If it's the actions of individual team members (including your team skill set), select Team members. Additionally, you can filter the data by a date, or range of dates (including a custom range option if you need to define your range).
