Configuring your Assistant to use ZAssistantDeploy

You can configure the conversation steps and other related details.

Procedure

  1. Log in to watsonx Orchestrate.
  2. Click the AI assistant builder tile in Orchestrate to go to AI assistant builder.
  3. From the main menu bar, select your AI assistant.
  4. Hover the cursor over the home icon, and go to Actions > All items > Set by Assistant .
  5. Select No matches.
  6. Under Conversation steps, select the first step, and do the following:
    1. Is taken: Select Without conditions and in the Clear conditions? dialog box click Clear conditions.
    2. Assistant says: Delete the default text.
    3. And then: Select Search for the answer.
    4. Edit settings: Click Edit settings, select the End the action after returning results checkbox, and then click Apply.
    5. Delete the second step to remove the default settings.
    6. Save the settings and close the window.
  7. On the Actions page, select Fallback and do the following:
    1. Delete all the conversation steps, save the settings, and close the window.
  8. On the Actions page, click the Global settings icon, which is in the upper-right corner of the page.
  9. In the Global settings window, do the following:
    • Go to Ask clarifying question > Search routing and select Route directly to “No matches” action when input does not match user’s input.
    • Go to the Autocorrection tab and turn off auto corrections.
    • Save and close the Global settings window.
  10. Hover the cursor over the home icon, click Environments and do the following:
    1. Click Web chat.
    2. In the Style tab, toggle the Streaming switch to the on position.
    Note: It is recommended to turn off suggestions. Go to the Suggestions tab and toggle the Suggestion switch to the off position.
    1. Click Save and exit.
