Building AIOps Assistants

You build your AIOps Assistant by using the AI Assistant builder. The AI Assistant builder configures a chat interface to integrate AIOps capabilities through the prebuilt AIOps skills in watsonx Orchestrate while integrating LLMs and conversational capabilities of watsonx Assistant to provide conversation flows in a personalized assistant.

By using the AIOps Assistant, customers can interact with watsonx Orchestrate through one or more of the following channels:
  • A web chat that you embed in your company website and that can transfer complex requests to a customer support representative
  • A custom application that you develop, such as a mobile app or a robot with a voice interface
When the AIOps Assistant receives a query from a customer, the AI assistant builder uses a preconfigured action to transfer the query down to the appropriate resolution path.

Language support

The conversational skill in AIOps assistant builder supports only the English Language.
