Monitoring team usage of skills
As an admin, you can get to see the statistics about how your team members are using the team skills to complete their tasks.
To monitor the activity of your team:
- Sign in to watsonx Orchestrate.
- From the menu click Manage team.
By default, the Usage tab is the first open tab. This dashboard gives you a quick summary of:
- Who's using what skills on your team
- How often they're using those skills
- How much time you've saved by using skills
Audit your team based on the usage of skills in any skill set or AI assistant from the All skill sets menu.
You can audit your team based on both the usage of their personal skill set, or their collaboration with your team skill sets or AI assistant from the All skill sets menu.
You can filter your results by Skills or Team members depending on what you want to focus on. If it's how often specific skills are used by your team, select Skills. If it's the actions of individual team members, select Team members. Additionally, you can filter the data by a date, or range of dates (including a custom range option if you need to define your range).
