Connecting to channels
Connecting your agent to channels allows you and your team to use it. These channels provide access points for communicating with the agent and performing tasks directly through the platform. When you connect your agent to a channel, it becomes available to users at that channel. If you do not connect your agent to any channel, you create it to be used as a collaborator agent for another agent.
Show agent
To enable your team to chat directly with the agent do the following steps:
In the Behavior section, go to Channels, and set Show agent to On.
Now your agent is added to the Agents chat list.
Agents that are not shown can still be added as collaborator agents, but they will not appear in the Agents chat list.
