Configuring platform languages

The watsonx Orchestrate tenants are provisioned in English by default. As an admin, you can add supported languages under the platform language settings. Only after you add the supported languages, the users can switch the default language to one of them.

Note:The settings to change the platform language is available only in the classic and skill-based experience. It is not available in the agentic experience.

Procedure

To add the supported languages on watsonx Orchestrate, complete the following steps:

  1. Click your profile icon on the upper right.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Click Platform languages.
  4. Add a language from the drop-down menu and select one of the supported languages.
  5. Select a language under Default languages for all users.
  6. Click Save.

You added the supported language on your tenant.
