Configuring and changing the platform languages
The watsonx Orchestrate tenants are provisioned in English by default. As an admin, you can add supported languages under the platform language settings. Only after you add the supported languages, the users can switch the default language to one of them.
Note: The settings to change the platform language is available only in the skill-based experience.
Configuring the platform languages
To add the supported languages on watsonx Orchestrate, complete the following steps:
- Click your profile icon on the upper right.
- Select Settings.
- Click Platform languages.
- Add a language from the drop-down menu and select one of the supported languages.
- Select a language under Default languages for all users.
- Click Save.
You added the supported language to your tenant.
Changing the platform language
You can change the default language to one of the supported languages if your admin has added the language under the platform language settings.
To change the display language on watsonx Orchestrate, complete the following steps:
- Click the language header beside your profile on the upper right.
- Choose a language from the drop-down list.
- You see a confirmation window, review and click Apply.
You changed the default language to one of the preferred languages on your tenant.
